These one-hour classes have it all– whether you are interested in getting stronger, improving endurance, losing weight, or just feeling better for every day life. These classes are coach-led from start to finish, so there is no guess-work on your part! CrossFit can also be great for beginners because workouts can be tailored to any ability.
