Our 30-Minute High Intensity Interval Classes are the perfect introduction to functional fitness training. These full-body workouts are led by a certified coach, and can be modified for any age or fitness level

CROSSFIT

These one-hour classes have it all. They offer all the cardio benefits of our HIIT program, plus dedicated strength and skill work. CrossFit can also be great for beginners because workouts can be tailored to any ability.
