These past 12 weeks have flown by! During this time we have watched you put in all of the necessary work to become stronger, faster, and fitter. Now, it's time to showcase all of your hard work by retesting our baseline benchmark workouts that we initially recorded in September. Make sure you have access to all of your previous results to track your progress (aka the FUN part of all of this!), and if you were also a participant of the group nutrition challenge-- make sure you relay all of your results (before and after) to a coach!
