Benchmark #6: 1-rep max deadlift
*As many of our athletes know, a 1RM deadlift is quite a feat. This effort should be nothing short of 100%. This means that we are going to take adequate time today to thoroughly warm-up our bodies, and rest sufficiently between each set in order to express this effort at its fullest capacity. We want nothing to feel rushed or shortchanged about today's lifting session.
This is why we are utilizing our entire hour to max out.
