You've been anticipating another Benchmark week, and it's time for us to deliver. Benchmark workouts are the ones we deliberately test on occasion to track our fitness progress.

Next week will offer an array of fitness tests, testing your athletic abilities across broad time and modal domains (i,e: what this CrossFit stuff is all about!) There will be long workouts, short workouts, heavy ones, and bodyweight ones. If there is an area of fitness to be tested, we will make it a point to cover it.

Once all of your results for the week have been tracked, we will then RE-test the same workouts in coming months. After all, how do you REALLY know you're in better shape without ever having the data to back it up?!

We are excited for the many PR's that are about to happen, and know you are too.

*HIIT athletes: You will also be tested on benchmark workouts all week long. So please use caution if you follow both programs, because there will likely be some redundancy in these two independently programmed classes, and following both could negatively skew your results.
