With the conclusion of "Murph" and our "Hero Monday" workouts-- we figured that we would continue on our roll with introducing you athletes to more of the CrossFit culture via "Girl" WOD's. So expect to meet a new "girl" every Monday for the next few weeks and get some scores to collect for your training logs (and possibly the leaderboard!)
