It's always fascinating to see how our sport has grown, check out these video comparisons of "Amanda" from the 2010 CrossFit Games, versus Ben Smith performing the workout scaled UP! Even some fhe fittest athletes on earth in 2010 did not know how to perform ring muscle-ups, whereas today it is part of the core movements used and taught to recreational athletes. A 135/95# snatch for reps was considered excellent for a Games caliber athlete back then. Today, the average male competitior's max on the lift is nearly THREE HUNDRED POUNDS. Quite interesting!
