Hero WOD's

With the 2017 "Open" behind us and Memorial Day approaching in 9 short weeks, what better way to prepare for Memorial Day "Murph" than honoring those who've paid the ultimate sacrifice... on a weekly basis? In place of our usual Monday Open WOD's, we will be commemorating a different hero in its place. We hope ALL Bedford Barbell athletes will be eager to gather together for a workout who's significance is so vast.
