Don't forget! This upcoming week we are re-testing our benchmark WOD's from 10 weeks ago.

This means that you should test your workouts under the EXACT same conditions as your did previously (i.e if you used 65# instead of 95#, then you should use the SAME weight/modification as before.) This will yield the most accurate results.

Also, make sure you bring your training logs to track and record your progress! This is the whole purpose of benchmarks :)
