BENCHMARK WEEK


Hey everyone,

As summer is passing us by, it's remarkable to think that it's been a solid 4 months since our last benchmark week, and 6 months since our first round of testing this year.

We as coaches see your growth every day, now it's time to validate it with some data!

The only way to TRULY know if your hard work day in and day out in the gym is paying off...is to put yourself to the test.

With that being said, the Bedford Barbell athletes are due for some more testing! Next week we will begin another round of benchmark workouts to be noted and tracked for re-evaluating in the upcoming weeks. They will challenge your athletic aptitude through a wide variety of movement patterns and energy systems.

(These will NOT be the same workouts that were used for the last bout of benchmarking.)
