Conditioning:

With a partner, complete for time...

100 Sit-ups (Partner holds a plank)

75 Wall-Ball Shots (20/14) (Partner hangs from pull-up bar)

50 Push-ups (Partner holds a Deadlift, 225/155 lbs)

**One partner performing the reps at a time while other does the static hold. Partition work as desired. Complete all reps of one movement before continuing down the list.
