UPDATE: Open Gym!


The votes are in! The Bedford Barbell athletes have chosen the NEW Saturday Open Gym hours to be 10am-noon. These new hours start TOMORROW 11/7, we will be running them in place of the older afternoon times.

Open Gym is a fantastic opportunity to make up a workout or lift you missed earlier in the week, and is also a time to tackle weakness and reach individual goals. (Or just do biceps curls in the back of the room for 2 hours if you so desire.)

*Coaches are present the entire time, and as always, your trial workout at Bedford Barbell Club is complimentary.
