Tabata T-Rex Protocol

8 rounds, alternating movements

* Air Dyne (Calories)

* Dumbbell Push-Press

The Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Since there are two movements, and we will be completing two full tabata's, this means there are 16 individual intervals.
