Then you can do 500 burpees if you feel so inclined

Make sure to come out to our grand opening/open house extravaganza on Saturday April 11th from 1-3pm! A free group workout will take place at 2pm! Bring grandma and your neighbor because athletes of all ages and abilities are welcome.
